Job Description
As a Production Support Specialist in the Console Operations department , you will be responsible for monitoring/researching and escalating utilizing BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) application. You will work closely with internal teams, technology partners to support the various applications utilizing Teams chat and Outlook emails daily. Your role will involve monitoring BAM for first alert of potential issues and researching utilizing various applications for resolution or escalation to next level support. You will perform regional balancing, general ledgers monitoring, Trips cash letters cuts, real-time payment monitoring/escalation, digital payments and end of day processing. Provide recommendations to optimize system performance and customer experience.
This is a 4 day schedule working Saturday – Tuesday, (12 hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm-3am) and (Mondays and Tuesdays 3pm-11:30pm)
- Earn 10% shift differential pay
- Three to five years of experience as a computer operator
- Working knowledge of various operating systems and utility commands
- Knowledge in digital payments, real-time payments, general ledgers, and/or depositing processing desired
- Thorough knowledge of the central console or on-line terminal operations
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate basic hardware/software problems
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
