Production Support Lead (Functional)

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Support Lead (Functional), for an ONSITE opportunity in Denver CO.

Position Title: Production Support Lead (Functional)

Location: Denver CO (Onsite)

Expected Duration:6+ Months RTH

Job Type: Contract and Onsite (Denver CO)

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

* Provide guidance and leadership to the Production Support team

* Lead daily standup meetings for the Production Support team

* Triage production issues and drive them to resolution

* Drive and report on incident SLA compliance

* Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues

* Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues

* Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings

* Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents

* Create release notes for production defect fixes

* Provide daily guidance and direction to Production Support tester"

* Release notes

* SLA reports

* Testing progress reports"

* Experience in leading a team

* Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC"

* Working experience with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems

* Experience with testing processes

* Experience with a ticket management system
