Job Type: Contract and Onsite (Denver CO)
Pay Range: $42/hr-$44/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

* Lead daily standup meetings for the Production Support team
* Triage production issues and drive them to resolution
* Drive and report on incident SLA compliance
* Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues
* Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues
* Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings
* Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents
* Create release notes for production defect fixes
* Provide daily guidance and direction to Production Support tester"

Required Skills:* Experience in leading a team
* Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC"
Preferred Skills:* Working experience with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems
* Experience with testing processes
* Experience with a ticket management system
