Production Supervisor

Sto Corp. (Sto), a global innovation leader of building enclosure systems and high-performance facade coatings, is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a manufacturing setting.

· Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

· Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.

· Train and develop production staff to improve skills and performance.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

· Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

· Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement.

· Maintain accurate production records and reports.

· Experience with ISO-9000 & ISO-14000 QM/EM systems is preferred.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.

· Experience with quality inspection processes and procedures.

· Ability to troubleshoot machinery and resolve technical issues.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Education:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.
