Job Summary:
Raytheon is hiring for a Front-Line Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) supporting the McKinney CMC –TMIT Factory. The person in this role will supervise between 10 and 20 assemblers and test technicians on 2nd shift and performs a variety of tasks in leading their team to build and test products to deliver the highest standard of quality equipment into the hands of the warfighter. This position supports multiple Programs production business needs and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment supporting the Common Products Production programs. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and performs a wide variety of sequencing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. This position requires an understanding of MRP or the ability to learn MRP fundamentals in order to coordinate and monitor workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned area. Determines and communicates impacts to affected individuals and initiates and takes corrective action. Draws attention to important items and actual or potential problems and assists in developing solutions.
This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours per week). Must be able to work occasional overtime during the week or on weekends to support factory and customer requirements.
This position requires engagement with other functional areas where direct and indirect influence experience is needed so that we have continuous improvement in cost, quality and schedule performance.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Weekly/daily interaction with factory management/operators
- Workforce planning and forecasting working with your Program ops partners.
- Ensuring the enforcement of company policies and procedures
- Ensuring adherence to all Raytheon and factory compliance rules and policies
- Performing touch labor analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Metrics driven, success oriented, and customer focused.
- Experience with planning and scheduling
- Experience in the following applications: Shop Floor Control Systems - To monitor progress, NCs, and current execution status.
- Prism, VM, iMRO, Common PDM, TAKDB, MRP
- Documentation Systems - To validate As-Built configurations, alternates, ECNs, and change history.
- Experience with the implementation, overseeing, planning, and engineering efforts associated with a manufacturing organization.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
