Position Details:
- Follow operator instructions to assemble parts, producing components.
- Inspect parts visually for obvious defects and component verification.
- Install lights, harnesses, and/or other components to molded/painted parts as required.
- Pack finished products in racks, bags, cardboard boxes, dunnage, and totes.
- Label parts.
- Ensure all parts are labeled properly following plant wide color-coding system.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Replenish parts as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm.
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm- 7:30am
- Monday – Friday with the possibility for Saturday overtime.
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Ability to move from standing to bending and back for the duration of shift.
- Ability to work in an environment that may have dust, forklift noises, etc.
- Must be open to working overtime.
- Ability to visually inspect parts for component defects.
- Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish team goals.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
