The Production Planning Analyst supports all internal efforts for production and inventory planning, production scheduling, and process order execution. This role will also support all new production introduction (NPI) launches as needed for the business unit. The role requires a clear bias toward action and attention to detail. Through internal coordination with Marketing, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Distribution personnel, this role is responsible for ensuring all inventory and customer service metrics are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and monitor supply and production forecasts
- Work with R&D and Marketing on Product Lifecycle Management plans
- Build and distribute supply chain metrics
- Complete daily Production Planning and process orders
- Support production volume and inventory projections
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
Experience and Skills:
- 2 years of related business experience is required
- Experience with supply or Production Planning preferred
- Medical industry / technical knowledge is required
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS excel is required
- Experience in Planning / ERP Systems (OMP and SAP Preferred)
