Do you want to be a part of the critical infrastructure in today's growing technology? Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, New Hampshire is seeking a 1st shift Production Operator who will be responsible for performing various entry level tasks in the manufacturing department. The intention of the position is to develop an entry level candidate and introduce them to various production tasks. The Production Operator will help the cells they work in to meet their daily production obligations by adhering to quality and workmanship standards and producing work on-time and at the expected production rate.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the set-up, operation, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of equipment, manual and/or automated.
- Handling of chemicals, chemical changeover, and proper disposal of chemicals with required PPE.
- Inspect substrates/devices under a microscope to verify quality and workmanship.
- Load small parts or substrates into various carriers.
- Operate measuring equipment to verify product's dimensional accuracy.
- Select, install, and change out tooling as necessary.
- Strictly adhere to documented processes, workmanship standards, and procedures.
- Accurately document production activities, record notes, and actions using electronic (computer) based production logs.
- Key Interfaces
- Reports to the Production Supervisor.
- Works closely with coworkers, supervisor, and processing engineering
Requirements:

- Must demonstrate basic math skills
- Basic computer proficiency is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to handle small or fragile parts.
- Ability to perform work under a microscope.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
- Must be a US Person or permanent resident in accordance with the U.S. international Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
