Job Description
As a Production Assistant (also known as Production Operator, Manufacturing Assistant), you'll collaborate with the Production Supervisor to ensure the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals. You'll assist with daily operations, conduct safety and quality checks, prepare production lines for changeovers, and support with production reports.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment, with experience managing people/projects.
- Proficiency in leadership, people management, machine setups for production runs, troubleshooting CNC machines and industrial automation equipment, and excellent communication skills.
