- Coordinate day-to-day efforts of the Production Line to meet weekly targets
- Maximize uptime for the Production line and assembly technicians
- Prioritize and organize work based on production schedule, supply chain constraints, and company goals
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and report as needed
- Track and enforce quality standards by ensuring product quality and conformance to specifications
- Triage non-conforming hardware and partner with engineering teams to disposition and root cause
- Identify risks in Production Operations to ensure actions and ownership are implemented in a timely matter
- Own and improve area safety and efficiency by regularly auditing and continuous improvement
- Review drawings and technical data for manufacturability and providing constructive feedback to engineering/design team
- Performance Management; weekly 1:1s, bi-annual reviews, technician skills and growth management
- Support recruiting efforts for your team as well as cross functionally for teams with similar skillsets
- 3+ years of professional experience in a high volume Production/Manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of experience leading a team with 5 or more direct reports in a high-volume Production/Manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing training and experience
- Raw data interpreted to Database generation and representation, SQL query/Tableau/Grafana/Power Bi
- Experience monitoring, tracking, and continually improving total BOM cost
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret the following: cable harnesses, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, mechanical drawings, GD&T, assembly procedures/work instructions, schematics, engineering drawings, weld drawings, and parts lists
- Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability and FMEA
- PCBA, harness, electro-mechanical assembly, and prototype development experience
- Proficient with computers; the ability to use MS Office suite, MES/ERP, and related programs
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
