Production Operator- OLED, Barberton OH
Pay: $24.50/Hour.
Wage progression: Rate will increase to $27.88 upon completion of training, with potential to reach $32.50.
Sign On Bonus: $1000, $500 paid after 90 days, $500 after 180 days.
Retention Bonus: $1000, paid after 365 days.
Shift: Hybrid (Training 12-16 weeks) rotate shifts weekly, Monday- Friday (no weekend shift during training). On Training completion, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift option, based on availability of open shift. Must be able to work all shifts. Shift Standard: Monday - Friday, overtime on weekends as needed. 3rd Shift starts Sunday night.

Key Responsibilities:
- Must perform all job task in a safe manner by following all the mandatory safety requirements and guidelines.

- Start up and stop equipment.
- Take and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Carry out basic quality and testing check.
- Work with equipment following set safety procedure, including working with hazardous chemicals, laboratory, and other devices.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to work in varying environments depending on assignment. This includes dust, dirt, hot and or wet conditions, and outdoor elements.
- Must follow strict safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to move seamlessly from one task to another.
- Able to follow procedures.
- Able to complete precise measurements.
- Able to work in a respirator.
- Able to climb fixed ladders, portable ladders, extension ladders.
- Able to work overtime as necessary.
- Manually lift up to 50 LBS.
- Able to stand for long periods and frequently use stairs, catwalks, and ladders.
