Position Title: Production ManagerFLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Manufacturing Reports To: Director of Operations

P Using input from product managers, inventory control, and sales, originate manufacturing production plan. Communicate and execute the production plan.

· Ensure availability of raw materials and critical reagents to meet production requirements.

· Ensure sufficient capacity (manpower, machine capacity, facility availability) to meet production requirements.

· Supervise production staff.

· Perform material movements as necessary in Acumatica inventory system.

· Document all production in compliance with cGMP’s and ISO 13485:2003.

· Initiate and review work instructions and production procedures per established document control requirements.

· Prepare bill-of-materials and standard cost estimates as necessary.

· Print device labeling under labeling controls.

· Provide input and may direct the development, planning, implementation and maintenance of production methods, processes and operations for new or existing products.

· Maintain production equipment and production facility; document maintenance and cleaning.

· Occasional “off-hours” work (early morning, evenings and/or weekend work) when required

· Assist in special projects as requested and other related duties as necessary.

· Responsible for neatness of work area plus care and operation of standard manufacturing/production equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
