Job Description – Production Manager
As Production Manager, you will lead the Production Department and be responsible for maximizing productivity, quality and safety while minimizing costs. You will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
- Supervise Production personnel to ensure the department achieves production goals according to plan.
- Ensure work performance is in accordance with OSHA rules and regulations.
- Establish, maintain, and improve department production standards.
- Monitor department function for trends and report any process or equipment problems, documenting all production breakdowns.
- Complete Production plan, both short and long term; by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring/revising progress and resolving problems.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by directing personnel on the use of all equipment and resources and maintaining compliance with all established policies and procedures.
- Work with management team in the establishment of forecasting goals.
- Procure raw materials timely, in conjunction with established production schedules.
- Perform quality control review of all products built, in accordance with FM Approvals standard.
- Manage virtual raw materials/finished goods inventories in accordance with forecasting goals, while minimizing inventory levels.
- Create and maintain product assembly documents.
- Work with management team in establishing raw material reorder points and quantities, while minimizing inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP system, both vendor and raw materials.
- Process all Sales Orders to Production and Distribution Departments.
- Communicate timely, all current and foreseeable inventory shortages to the rest of the management team.
- Lead the Services field, processing incoming product and paperwork for services being rendered to our customers.
- Work collaboratively with the Distribution Supervisor to ensure orders are processed, packaged and shipped in a timely fashion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
