SalaryJob Title: Production Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service center, maintaining high-quality output, and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency among our production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, review, and adjust daily production schedules to meet market demands.
- Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
- Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure industry-leading production processes.
- Monitor and report on quality standards, investigating and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other Production Managers to set objectives and improve overall efficiency.
- Take charge of maintenance work, procurement of equipment, and other necessary resources.
- Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff, fostering a proactive and innovative environment.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding production-related challenges and opportunities.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive and innovative approach.
- Direct experience in hiring, training, and managing production staff.
- Ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Multi-lingual including Spanish speaking
- Deep understanding of production management principles and quality standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of forecasting, margins, and variances to make informed decisions.
- Ability to justify human capital costs through effective resource allocation and productivity
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.
- 5+ years proven leadership experience.
- Identify KPI's for division.
- Manage P&L for Production.
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Management or Business.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000 per year
