- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the Production Line
- Ensure that production targets are met within the specified time frame
- Train and mentor new team members on assembly processes and procedures
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble products accurately
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measurements and quantities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
