Are you ready to embark on a career in manufacturing? Spherion is seeking dedicated Production Line Associates to join our client's manufacturing company in Baton Rouge, LA 70817. As a Production Line Associate you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with the preparation of food items
- Ensure production area is clean and tidy
- Package food items ready for sale
- Follow food safety regulations and health codes
- Maintain production records
- Identify and eliminate quality issues
- Competitive pay: $11 - $13 per hour
- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts and weekend availability

- High School diploma or GED
- Manufacturing experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
- Simple math skills, ability to pass an aptitude test
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule for days, nights, and weekends
- Desire to help others, positive attitude, and excellent attendance record
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
