Production Lead | Swing Shift

A printing company in North Phoenix is looking for an experienced Production Lead to join their Swing Shift team. If you have one year of manufacturing experience in leadership role, we want to talk to you!
This is a full-time, direct-hire position with an established and growing company. 
Production Lead Job Duties:

• Lead team of machine operators
• Monitor production
• Quality control
• Coaching & training

You will be successful in this role if you have strong leadership and manufacturing experience.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:00pm - 10:18pm, Friday 2:00p - 11:18pm

• Must be available to work 1 Saturday a month

Production LeadJob Requirements:

• Manufacturing process, LEAN manufacturing
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, great organizational skills
• 1 year of manufacturing experience in lead role

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Plus $1 shift differential
