Now offering a $500 sign-on bonus! We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes dental, vision, 100% paid life insurance, and two medical plan options. In addition, we offer a 401k that is matched up to 5% deferred and 100% vested immediately upon participation. Third shift is 12am to 8am. This position pays $20 to $22/hr with a $3/hr shift differential for 3rd.
We have a great opportunity to learn and grow in a safe manufacturing environment, including:
• Operate assigned production equipment, completing start-up/shut-down procedures, operating all assigned production lines in a safe, efficient, & productive manner while maximizing output.
• Verify that finished goods meet Prinsco’s quality standards, identifying and reporting defects or improper machine operations immediately.
• Perform corrective maintenance, repairs or changeovers, performing mechanical adjustments to equipment, as needed during production.
• Assist other employees and focus on cross-training, continuous improvement and learning

We require the following qualifications:
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) with minimum of six months manufacturing or production experience.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and perform some mathematical calculations.
• Maintain a valid state auto driver’s license, with forklift experience preferred.
