Requirements:
- Work boots - must be at least hard soled or steel toe.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn in the plant and in the yard. PPEs includes safety glasses/goggles, reflective gear, ear plugs and provided by the company at no cost to you.
- Hammer (Metal 22-24 oz), with Hammer Holder, & a 25' to 30' tape (can be purchased from company).
- Eager learner, desire to grow and must desire to work.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including all safety guidelines required by OSHA and our insurance carrier.
- Team oriented.
- Must complete and pass pre-Employment Drug Screen and audiogram test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid identification license.
- The company provides for 100% Direct Deposit
- Full-time Monday – Friday. First Shift: 7am-3:30pm. Second Shift: 4pm-12:30am with shift differential pay.
- Possible production bonus based on square footage produced.
- Health insurance offered after 60 days of insurance to include: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Medical coverage is paid at 75% of basic coverage.
- Upon completion of 90- day probationary period, you are eligible for 6 paid holidays per year.
