Job Description:
Following established procedures and working under supervision, performs a variety of job duties in the production packaging operations. Must be able to work on short notice. Will have sanitation duties as assigned. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Functions:
1) Performs a variety of job duties in the production packaging operations.
2) Responsible for a variety of quality inspections on the line (seal checks, code checks, orientation of crackers, and broken crackers)
3) Required to palletize and erect cases, feed product into Cartoner, clear jams and pack product into cases
4) Will have clean up and sanitation duties assigned
5) Maintain a safe neat and clean work area accordance with GMP and good house keeping practices
6) Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
7) Follow all JSA guidelines

Work Conditions:
1) 8-12 Hour shift. Will receive 2 fifteen-minute breaks and one-half hour break. Overtime is required.
2) Environment – Noise levels will be minimal to moderate, and temperature will be controlled. Lighting is sufficient. There is a possibility of slippery footing from wet and dry ingredients.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
