Production Fabricator

New Tech Global is currently seeking Entry Level Production Fabricators for a manufacturing client in Ridgefield, WA. This is a temp to hire position. 
Overview

• Operates equipment needed to perform job.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
• Utilize safe work habits and wear appropriate PPE.
• Comply with all Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED. 
• 3 years of verifiable work history.
• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and/or perform repetitive movement for up to 12 hours daily.
• Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.
  Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair and assembly operations.
