We're a small and rapidly growing kids & baby product company. We manufacture boutique baby apparel, toys & accessories as well as licensed brands. We are urgently seeking a Production Coordinator to work with our Production Manager on the below.
- Item Creation – including entering data into Item Creation template to be sent to back office for processing.
- FPO request – including entering data into a FPO template to be sent to back office for processing; review FPO for accuracy, have signed by CEO, send to Factory.
- Print/review weekly open order reports
- Update any past due shipping dates.
- Update any discrepancies.
- Responsible for setting up a WIP Report for any/ all new orders by style to track the process of approvals, testing, inspection.
- Review all packages and log in all makers submits into WIP report and pass to design for comments.
- Review package comments for clarity, pass comments to maker to follow – calling out anything that needs special attention in the email.
- Maintain binders with all submissions of packages for our records.
- Review and comment on all package label submissions.
- Work with labs to resolve and issue and set standards/requirements for new products
- Review test reports for accuracy and file on shared drive
- Ensure CPSIA and CPC letters are issued.
- Send all CPSIA and CPC letters to buyers as needed.
- Coordinate and follow up on all shipments from overseas – point person.
- Review and comment on all shipment layouts/templates – carton markings, shipping docs, etc.
- Review and approve all shipment bookings.
- Make sure all team members receive the shipping docs.
- Ensure all shipments are up to date in our system so the sales team has an updated inventory report.
- Update sales on any delivery delays that may affect any customer deliveries.
- Upload approvals submits any Licensing to Licensor website.
- Create/Maintain customer registration list.
- Create Maker Codes – update, maintain, distribute list internally.
- New Factories – ensure all new factories receive all the necessary info from our end i.e., sample tags, TRFs, carton marking layouts etc.
- Day to Day communication with factories and internal team members regarding the production process.
- Run Open order and Inventory reports as needed/requested.
- Required to be available via telephone/WeChat evenings and weekends.
- Work with back office to update the way reports are run through the system as needed per request.
- Preform other tasks as assigned.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Please note this is a full time onsite position from Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
