Job DescriptionRenesas Electronics America Inc. is looking to fill the role of Production Control Support for our wafer fabrication manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for manufacturing activities.
- Manage the starting materials inventory and stocking.
- Assist with production planning.
- Interface with suppliers.
- Generate purchase requisitions.
- Maintain manufacturing systems and databases.
- Assist in Fab Hygiene tasks.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a self-motivated team player who is able to take direction, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate effectively.
- Proficient Windows PC and Office skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Access, and Excel.
- Experience working in manufacturing or with cross functional teams is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
