AddressSummary: Provides clerical support at the plant facility which may include receptionist responsibility, capturing customer complaints, data entry, problem solving and inventory accuracy, cycle counting, compilation of shop paperwork, and other clerical duties.

- Processes or handles one or more of the following according to departmental procedure: customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, receiving documents, production paperwork.
- Answer phone calls, direct callers as needed, greet visitors. May record customer complaints, assist in tracking responsiveness, update visitor board.
- May compile production paperwork for distribution to the production floor.
- May be responsible for cycle counting and reconciling reports.
- Enters or retrieves data from established computer files.
- Maintains files of documents used and prepared.
- Cross references data to assure accuracy and completeness.
- Performs a variety of routine clerical duties as necessary.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
