The Baillie Group is one of North America's largest hardwood lumber manufacturers, distributors, and exporters. We are a provider of hardwood logs, hardwood lumber and proprietary grade hardwood lumber products.
American Hardwood Industries, a leading producer of hardwood products is seeking a Production Clerk for our Waynesboro facility. The primary responsibilities include: tracking inventory at the various stages, monitoring open orders, completing paperwork for shipments, processing paperwork for production and purchased lumber.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Tracking inventory at various stages in our SAP system
- Monitor open orders in the system to be sure they're processed appropriately
- Completing paperwork for shipments
- Processing paperwork for production and purchased lumber
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 2 + Years of diverse office experience
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge off the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
