We operate two manufacturing facilities in Lexington, KY and Moorestown, NJ that allow us to deliver a high-quality custom product at an affordable price with a quick turnaround. We exist, grow, and ultimately own the market by delighting customers who trust and value us.
POSITION: Production Associate
You are a picture framer, motivated by complex problems that need a fix. You’re an expert at identifying various forms of art and art mediums and understand how to handle them. You understand frame measurements and can visualize the space and design of the frame package. You can adapt your framing skills in a fast-paced setting while still maintaining the highest level of quality. Ideally, you’ve worked in a startup environment that required flexibility and a dynamic review of current procedures.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
8am -2pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
1pm-5pm
Tuesday and Thursday
1pm-5pm
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to assist in the production process
- Assemble materials and equipment as required
- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines
- Transport raw materials from one place to another
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met
- Conduct inspections and quality control of products
- Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Prior experience in a production setting is preferred
- Self-driven with a sharp attention to detail
- Sharp attention to detail in favor of identifying defects
- Self-driven and hard worker
- Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Flexible to work shifts, overtime and weekends as required
- Able to stand for long hours at a time
- Physically able to lift, carry and move up to 30lb
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors, ensuring production goals and deadlines are met
- Prior experience in a production setting is preferred
- Self-driven with a sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
