Machine Operators

Job Description – Responsibilities/Activities including, but not limited to:

• Produce Stampings by processing metal through hydraulic press, safely, within specified tolerances
• Inspect completed parts for conformance to standards and tolerances
• Report non-conforming parts to supervisor / QC staff
• Maintain focus and attention on press at all times while in operation
• Communicate needs with material handlers
• Remove scrap and maintain organized work area

Job Requirements – Skill Sets and Experience Necessary Include:

• Previous experience operating punch press is desired but not required.
• Must demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be capable of communicating effectively with production team and department supervisors
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Stand 100 % of the day
• Be able to pick up 50 pounds
• Accurate in work-attention to detail. Flexible in duties.
• Safety conscious at all times.
• Ability to interact with individuals from all backgrounds.
• Strong work ethic-dedicated to getting the job done.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Hours for this role are available 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Mondays through Fridays.

Additional hours and/or days based on demand. Hours are not flexible - schedule is set.
