Hourly pay begins at $17.58 per hour and can be up to $18.08 per hour depending on shift premium.

The Production Associate participates in the manufacturing and assembly of automotive interior components for Yanfeng customers according to company standards and best practices
- 1st shift hours are typically Mon - Fri 7:00am-3:00pm
- 2nd shift hours are typically Mon - Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm.
- 3rd shift hours are typically Sun - Fri 11:00 pm-7:00 am
- The exact start and end time may vary depending on line schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to work on any assigned schedule, work more than 8 hours per day and/or work overtime, while maintaining good attendance.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work safely by following all rules, processes and procedures established by the plant management team
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for assigned work area
- Reports to work on time and ready at start of shift to receive work assignment and apply all required PPE
- Produce quality parts by inspecting your work and surrounding areas to ensure only quality products are being passed to the next station
- Report any quality defects to your team leader or supervisor
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area using 5S standards
- Move or transfer components and parts to workstations from racks, boxes, carousels, etc
- Join parts using screws, rivets, clips, welders, etc
- Secure fasteners with manual, hydraulic, and electric tools
- Work overtime when needed
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
