- Track packages for samples coming in and going out: strike off’s, trims, lab dips, hang tags, polybags, fit samples, PP samples, TOP samples
- Distribute samples to Tech and Design departments
- Check price tags, style numbers, color codes, sizes, placements, packaging
- Know vendor guidelines for each retailer
- Order price tickets
- Follow up with in house team and factories
- Review and analyze issues and find solutions
- Check price tickets, tracking labels, carton markings and match up to purchase orders
- Analyze ship dates according to Time & Action calendar
- Revise ship dates as needed
- Create shipping labels and send out packages (ensure everything is labeled and dated)
- Ensure all information between customers, factories, designers & sales is aligned
- Check all TOP samples before sending out and communicate any issues to factories & in house teams
Skill Sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Outlook
- Work well under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Work within deadlines
- Background in licensed apparel is a plus!
Salary: $55,000-$65,000
