TAC Manufacturing, Inc. in Jackson, Michigan is looking to directly hire Production and Assembly Associates for our team!
If you have high-volume parts assembly experience for a Tier 1 automotive supplier, we are looking for you!
We also have options for both 5-day 8-hour schedules as well as 4-day 10-hour schedules in some departments!
We are looking for the following experience:
1+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment (specifically, small parts assembly)- Familiarity with standard work
- General understanding of lean manufacturing and concepts
- Required to work 3rd Shift (9:00pm - 5:30am)
- Must be able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays

Competitive pay - Starting pay is $18.50, plus $1.10 shift premium
Bonus paid: $1,000.00 at 3 months, $500.00 at 6 months!
