Job description
Production artists work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute & produce designs for both print and online content.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a degree in Visual Arts or relevant field
- Available to work 10 to 15 Hours a Week
Essential duties include the following:
- Creating content and graphics for social media
- Keep the website updated (property updates, blog posts, and general maintenance)
- Knowledge of WordPress website
- Creating and editing Pitch Books and/or Offering Memorandums in Adobe InDesign
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Support the marketing manger in daily administrative tasks.
- Manage periodic updates to social media platforms and maintain the accuracy of automated email platform and customer database
- Assist with monitoring and creating automated email marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Works well collaboratively or in a team setting
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively with proven attention to detail and work quality
- Possess a passion and desire for learning and a proactive energy for getting things done.
