This is how your day-to-day would look like as a Production Artist:
- Build and manipulate pages/files within InDesign, providing quality control as well as timely and efficient production.
- Manipulating images which could include silos, retouching, and simple color correction.
- Ensure the production quality control measures are met prior to the delivery of projects. In post-production, will ensure the product is either print- or digital-ready.
- Make client and team edits in several different proof cycles.
- Collaborate closely with the assigned Client Services Specialist(s) and other members of the production team, communicating production progress.
- Use initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines to best complete tasks.
The hours for this position will be 3:00pm-12am (Mon-Fri). Training, which could last 4-6 weeks, will be from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri).
Requirements:Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. Professional degree preferred.
- Advanced English level (B2+).
- 1+ years’ experience using InDesign in professional capacity.
- Basic knowledge and proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign).
- Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment with a focus on achieving client initiatives.
- Quick learner with willingness to execute new knowledge of systems, processes and techniques.
Although this is a remote position, you should be in Colombia -preferably in Bogotá D.C-
