Senior Production Artist

Purpose:

As a Senior Production Artist, you'll oversee the creation, adaptation, and delivery of digital assets, with a primary focus on social media and email channels. With a thorough understanding of design principles and industry standards, you'll ensure assets align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design quality. Your attention to detail and clear communication will be essential as you streamline workflows using design templates and libraries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, adapt, and optimize digital assets for various platforms, such as websites, social media, and email campaigns, utilizing a dynamic set of templates.
• Create well-organized design templates across digital channels, with a specific focus on social media.
• Collaborate with the design team to maintain the integrity of design elements in digital outputs.
• Review digital assets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Continuously seek efficiencies and propose recommendations to enhance production processes.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are prioritized.
• Possess the ability to work independently.
• Ensure the organized archiving of all digital assets.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in the current Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comprehensive understanding of industry standard requirements related to resolution, color, and compression.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Openness to guidance and constructive criticism.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong adaptability and prioritization skills in changing situations.
• Thorough understanding of popular social media platforms
WORKING CONDITIONS (TRAVEL & ENVIRONMENT):

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work - Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
