- 8 hours per day; Monday-Friday - Work 260 days a year

- 12 hours per day; 4 days on, 4 days off rotation, overtime required - Work 208 days a year

WHAT WE MANUFACTURE:
JRUSA manufactures fiber out of cellulose, or wood pulp. Our broad customer base uses this cellulose as a filler, or filter to ensure purity and consistency in their products. We also manufacture fiber out of a wide range of textiles like cotton and denim that’s used in everything from rubber automotive parts to anti-friction components and plastics moldings.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Our production positions include tasks such as cleaning the work area and assisting in production so that output goals are met while contributing to a clean and safe work environment.
JRUSA is looking for dedicated and reliable employees who will get the job done safely and efficiently and contribute to the organization's overall success.
- Comply with safety rules
- Packaging of finished product; lifting and stacking of 25-50 lb bags
- Demonstrate ability to perform all quality testing required for trained lines
- Demonstrate ability to start up and troubleshoot production line(s), operate controls, and shut down line(s) in proper sequence
- Drive forklift safely and efficiently to move and stack raw material and finished goods
- Understand work order instructions and fulfil work order directions
- Operate assigned production line(s) and controls
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Job Requirements, Skills, and Qualifications
- Valid Driver License preferred
- Close attention to detail
- Able to maintain accurate logs and records
- Positive attitude
- Consistent attendance for scheduled shifts
- Team player
Interactions and Tools/Equipment Utilized in the Job
- Read tape measures and industrial scales
- Hand tools such as brooms, wire cutters, shovels
- Basic hand tools for screen changes, loading/unloading mills
- Operate HMI for controlling Industrial grinding equipment, conveyors, augers, packaging equipment
- Quality testing equipment such as alpine jet sieve, bulk density testing and rotap
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and stack up to 50 pounds continuously for long periods of time
- Climb ladders and stairs repetitively
- Cut and pull heavy baling wires
- Push broom and shovel debris
- Working in cold and hot environments
