CPS Recruitment has teamed up with Marquardt Switches, Inc. in Cazenovia, NY, a global leader in innovation and quality for over 90 years. We're seeking individuals eager to learn and grow as Production Associates, SMT Operators, and Mold Operators.

- Set up and operate assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machining issues
- Conduct quality control checks and testing
- Package switches and maintain production documentation
- Inspect molded components for defects
- Perform start-up inspections and handle material orders
- Manage resin, regrind, and scrap materials
- Read blueprints and operate molding machines
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math skills and technical ability
- Willingness to work overtime and comply with pre-employment requirements
