Summary:
Support test operations to ensure labs are fully functional. Service machines following Xerox service documentation. Execute test procedures per defined test plan. Record all test malfunctions/problems via problem mgt. database. Responsible for training system key operators. Must work in lab environment, environmental chamber conditions may apply. Test matrices involve running high volume jobs on electronic reprographic and printer machines to test the features and functions of the machine.
Purpose:
Responsible for those functions, activities, and skills required for analysis, design, coding, integration, test & maintenance of software modules, subsystems or systems which control other electrical, mechanical, electronic or network systems.

Essential Functions:
- Assist Lead Engineer/Test Mgr. in maintaining fully functional lab
- Support and Execute test plan
- Provide direction and mechanical support to key operators
- Ensure data integrity in data collected from test
- Escalate test issues to Lead engineer/Test Mgr
- Support Spares/Paper Inventory to support test needs
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel
- Follow Service RAP's to service a machine
- Understands electrical circuits and mechanical functions of subsystem hardware
- Can read/understand feature descriptions
