Product Support Specialists are the face of our company and MUST be able to handle all incoming calls/tickets/web inquiries with fast and efficient service. The ability to effectively troubleshoot problems and walk customers through the steps of resolving issues is a must for this position. Product Support Specialists should also possess industry knowledge as well as strong customer service skills. Your day will vary with different customers and problems to solve.
This position combines knowledge of machinery and the aquatics industry. The aquatics industry refers to large commercial pools and the associated ancillary equipment (such as pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing and valves).
