Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to healthcare professionals regarding our medical devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues by conducting research, diagnosing problems, and guiding users through corrective steps.
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base of our product offerings, staying up to date with new features and updates.
• Document and track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the medical devices industry.
• Strong computer skills; ERP experience highly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
