Join our dynamic team as a Product Specialist Manager, where your expertise in Kinesiology and/or Athletic Training will be instrumental in providing innovative clinical care to patients.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Specialist Manager to join our team. The Product Specialist Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of Product Specialists, including both full-time employees and contractors. The primary focus of this role will be to ensure the successful calibration of the Apos device at patients' homes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Product Specialists responsible for calibrating the Apos device at patients' homes.
- Ensure all Product Specialists are proficient in the calibration process and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate assignments for Product Specialists, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, including clinicians, sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration activities, including patient visits, device calibrations, and any issues encountered.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to product calibration and customer service.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of kinesiology, athletic training, or biomechanics is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, including full-time employees and contractors.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to patients' homes as needed.
- Able to lift, push, and slide packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable kneeling, bending, and performing physically demanding tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
