Product Sales & Support Representative

Objective

The Product Sales & Support Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products while delivering high quality knowledge transfer services, on site or via webinar to clients. You will ensure that the transitions of all software are completed according to predetermined timelines and establishes a positive onboarding experience for the client and REI.

Essential Functions & Expectations includes the following, but others may be assigned.

• Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on the ARMOR software. Including but not limited to:
  • Software functionality
  • Data Entry
  • System administration
  • User security / User permissions.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, conducting initial assessments of their needs and requirements.
• Assisting with ongoing support to client's post-implementation, and addressing any questions, or concerns.
• Identify and document business/technical requirement development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration, and other relevant changes and recommend options for new approaches in client work processes as appropriate.
• Will play an active role in troubleshooting client issues, or work with other necessary departments to resolve.
• Keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets, and monthly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity.
• Assist QA/Engineering with product testing or modification testing as required.
• Stay up to date with competitors, trends and software solutions to keep up with the market.
• Generate and share reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and client satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The hours of work are expected to coincide with the Company's normal business hours, Monday-Friday. [Afterhours as needed]
