Product Research Associate

Compensation Range: $19 - 26 per hour

Our client, a global leader in sports apparel, footwear, and equipment, is looking for a talented and motivated Product Research Associate to join their team!
As a Product Research Associate, you will play a vital role in our client's mission to deliver technologically innovative footwear, apparel, and equipment. You will be responsible for executing research projects, both applied and basic, aimed at uncovering performance insights that will shape the future of products. Under the guidance of perception scientists, you will conduct studies following prescribed procedures and methodology. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to become familiar with the research tools used by the Research Lab staff for perception research.
Responsibilities:

• Execute research projects to deliver performance insights for innovative products.
• Conduct studies under the guidance of perception scientists, following prescribed procedures and methodology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research objectives are met.
• Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in research methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience level: Entry Level
• Bachelor's Degree in science, psychology, behavior, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
