We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a Productt Manager/ Product Owner/ Senion Product Producer,. In additionto defining and owning the product, you will be responsible for overseeing the development team , requirements process and act as the bridge between management and the development gram for the vision for the technical product. This is a key leadership role where you will ensure efficient production processes and maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Profiencency in JIRA and writing technical requirements for software applications
- Collaborate with other departments such as design, management, engineering and quality control to resolve any production issues
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications
- Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance or repairs as necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,032.02 - $80,004.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
