The Product Owner for HR Technology will translate product strategies within HR into feasible, desirable, and inclusive experiences. This position will collaborate with internal and external partners, developers, product teams and several key stakeholders supporting the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading the end-to-end execution of product development, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Crafting, maintaining, and fine-tuning detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Managing the product backlog to ensure alignment with our overarching product vision and strategy.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Managing product release plan and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth rollout and minimal disruption.
- Developing user-friendly release notes for each product update, highlighting new features, improvements, and fixes.
- Proactively resolving challenges that arise throughout the product development process.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product success.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of relevant education/experience.
- Outstanding people, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Organized, collaborative, and persistent, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in transforming complex scenarios into clear, understandable contexts.
- Knowledge of user-centric design principles.
