We’ve an immediate opening for a Product Operations Lead – Platform!
What You Will Do:
- Great communication and organization skills
- Build tracking mechanisms to measure team's performance to Pillars
- Work with Finance and the Chief of Staff to maintain and forecast budgeting within the RA/Zone
- Responsible for managing, planning, and reporting on your RA's overall budget, CAPEX, OPEX, and 3rd party contracts
- Track, lead and provide progress updates on key organizational improvement initiatives
- Be a leader in my requirements area working to deliver the organizational vision
- Define and/or mature processes and procedures within your Requirements Area where none may exist
- Drive overall knowledge management within your RA to ensure sufficient documentation exists
- Track progress of pillars, quarterly roadmap, KPIs, risks, and mitigation efforts
- Measuring success of the processes
- Manage contracts and relationships with key technology vendors
- Identify challenges that span across RAs and propose improvements or projects that address those issues with a GM sponsor
- Define and own operational improvements that span multiple RAs
- Serve as an escalation point for dependencies across RAs
What You Will Need:
- 3rd Party Vendor Management
- Tooling and Procurement
- Knowledge Documentation, Management, and Sharing
- RA/Zone Budget, CAPEX, OPEX, and 3rd Party Contracts
- Detailed knowledge of software delivery processed and approaches in use across the market, i.e. Agile, Scaled Agile, LeSS
- Ability to build trusting relationships with your colleagues
- You are a go-to person in the organization and must be able to lead through influence, not hierarchy
This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter.
