Responsibilities
- Create content aimed to skill up technical audiences in the database or cloud data platform scope.
- Own database or cloud data platform technical skilling go-to-market (GTM) experiences & communications across internal sales team, partner, and customer channels.
- Be a storyteller across several audiences at various internal and external forums.
- Create technical demo content for internal sellers and partner audiences.
- Land a solid presence for our products technically at internal and external events.
- Lead and guide cross-functional teams to drive cross-group, multi-product efforts as appropriate.
- Work alongside sales readiness leads to land technical readiness content for sellers and partners.
- Provide SME-level knowledge to assist regional sales & pre-sales teams in the build-out of the technical competency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in business OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- AND 3+ years experience in business or equivalent experience.
- Experience in establishing a product GTM message when entering a new market.
- OR Creating a new product line with differentiated GTM value in addition to the existing product family.
The US base salary range for this regular full-time position is $150,000 - $190,000 and benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. This role is eligible to participate in PingCAP’s bonus and equity plan. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
