JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing, styling, visualizing and marketing all online products for Lauriebelles. The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all product during its entire life cycle at Lauriebelles, from product arrival to consumer presentation and consumption. They are responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in ensuring products are promoted and utilized optimally, including social media posts, emails, and SMS.

Essential Functions

• Assist in planning and strategizing content to optimally merchandise future, current, and old Lauriebelles products.
• Strategize photo shoots to ensure products are marketed in unique and visually appealing ways to catch the consumers eye.
• Design graphics for but not limited to social media, SMS, email, and store locations.
• Craft and schedule social media posts including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Communicate and track key products with Marketing Manager and Inventory team to help strategize upcoming sales and promotions.
• Curate try-ons and live collections for models, influencers, and other like persons.
• Manage and track inventory flow to and from Lauriebelles studio space and warehouse.
• Communicate with buying team to plan specialty drops monthly.
• Create and publish content to promote Lauriebelles sales, events, and promotions.
• Prepare products for weekly photoshoots.
• Communicate monthly sales with Lauriebelles Ambassadors while collaborating with Digital Marketing Specialist for any graphics or promotional items needed.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or like field preferred.
2. 2+ years experience in marketing, ecommerce preferred.
3. Experience with SMS, email marketing, and social scheduling is preferred.
4. Experience in visual marketing.
5. Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
6. Self-starter that works collaboratively as well as independently.

The employee is occasionally required to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, in person position. Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional weekend hours may be expected.

Travel

Some travel between various Lauriebelles locations during office hours may be required.
