Role: Product Manager (Customer Success manager)

Job Description:
- Define Strategy and Roadmap for IAM solution implementation and adoption with customers.
- Hand-hold clients in adoption to newer technologies or migration initiatives
- Strong hands-on experience in technical implementation, take ownership for business metrics and product KPIs and play a pivotal role in bringing all stakeholders on board
- 10+ years of experience into Product Management in the development and/or implementation of IAM solutions, Familiarity with solutions like Duo, Okta and Sailpoint.
- Experience working with clients and application owners for migrating or adopting new platforms and technologies.
- Server as primary point of contact for customers.
- Monitor and identify product utilization trends, work with development team for continuous product improvement and support customer requirements.
- Proven experience working within agile/scrum delivery teams.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors/providers.
- Familiarity with compliance and security process implementation.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
