  • Partner with other Product Managers to implement the broader Infrastructure Management roadmap and strategy.
  • Conduct market research to find opportunities, assess industry trends, and make informed decisions for product innovations.
  • Assist Agile Teams with their rituals–Sprint Planning, Standup, Retrospective, Refinement
  • Define and standardize Key Performance Indicators that will help aid in the decision-making process and showcase results.
  • Create and track objectives and key results for infrastructure technology.
  • Manage the backlog to ensure the highest business value is being delivered to our customers.
  • Author technical feature requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria for varying business use cases.
  • Assist in creating and presenting content for leadership.
  • Present roadmaps, complex ideas, and features to a broad audience effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by fostering a collaborative and innovative product culture within the Data Center Engineering team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a technical Product Manager
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in the Data Center or infrastructure space is strongly preferred.
  • Intimate knowledge of Agile methodologies and core values to deliver work within the framework as a Product Owner.
  • A team player with a relentlessly positive outlook and ambitious spirit.
  • A professional who comfortable managing a lot of different priorities at once.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to create business impacting stories.
  • Independently author well-written feature requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria for complex technical use cases.
