The Product Manager - Cybersecurity is responsible for the successful delivery of complex technology-enabled projects and services to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. The Product Manager - Cybersecurity will work with clients throughout the solution lifecycle to plan, design and deploy technology solutions that meet aggressive delivery schedules, complex technical specifications, and high-level requirements.
Arctiq is currently seeking a candidate to fulfill a role as a Cybersecurity Product Manager. This position requires previous experience in related IT or IT security Product Management and a passion for continuous learning. The candidate will have the skills and expertise to identify customer needs, drive innovation, and shape the direction of our Cybersecurity services and solutions.
This role calls for someone with a deep knowledge of the IT, security, platforms and services. Independent direction, consensus building, and people management skills are all a must for this role. Strategically crafting long and short-term roadmaps that are in support of our company objectives are key aspects of the job. This Product Manager position requires a leader that can operate independently with still striving towards our vision, mission and values through ensuring we deliver top quality cybersecurity products and services for our clients. Travel will be required.
Responsibilities:
- Define cyber security requirements for our products and services.
- Package and expand on Managed Services around cyber security solutions portfolio.
- Work closely with MSSP delivery team and related stakeholders
- Understand how all our security products work
- Perform market research and conduct competitive analysis
- Look through both technical and business lens
- Work closely on the business model with the sales and marketing teams
- Make sure these capabilities are documented and communicated clearly to everyone involved in the development process.
- Work closely with account executives to champion the services and solutions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on driving adoption through pricing optimizations, blogs, webinars, and TCO analysis
- Engage with MSSP vendor partners to drive the future roadmap, pricing and execution
- Partner with Finance, Leadership, and HR to build budgets that align with multi-year expectations
- Skilled at communicating up, across, and down the organization
- Contribute to customer wallet share increases of services and managed services growth of the enterprise
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years’ experience with Product Management in the enterprise security space and go to market motions
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data processing or have demonstration of equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of strong management experience with strength in working cross functionally and with senior leadership and peers.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Strong critical thinking and technical diagnostic abilities.
- A solid foundational understanding of networking principals, security best practices and systems administration is required.
- Ability to work in project teams and complete individual tasks in a timely manner.
- A sense of personal accountability.
- Ability to work with customers for problem solving and feature enhancement requests.
- Contribute to customer wallet share increases of services.
This position will work with both Canada and North America.
