Assist with ongoing efforts to develop a new checking product
Develop the Value Proposition for new checking product
Work with communication and marketing teams to develop a communication and marketing plan for a go-to market strategy as well as ongoing customer acquisition campaigns to bring in high quality customers.
Develop promotions and incentives to drive sales volume.
Partner with the field to understand their needs and concerns in attracting customers.
Optimize the shop and buy experience for new customers.
Develop details of the value proposition, support research and development and drive new product development, execution and implementation of new checking, savings, and other deposit products for the Bank.
Lead annual and longer term forecasting exercise and monitor sales volumes on ongoing basis.
Partner closely with strategy team to develop pricing and benefits bundle for the product.
Working closely with 'run the bank' deposits team, develop a deep understanding of existing wealth management deposit and payment platforms and consider opportunities to accelerate growth and penetration leveraging existing cash management capabilities.
Be outcome oriented and track and analyze data and performance metrics.
