Production Team Leader Position Overview:

• Schedule the work flow of employees to meet production requirements.
• Audit processes and implement corrective actions when appropriate.
• Coach employees on performance.
• Communicate effectively with appropriate stakeholders to ensure safety, production, and quality goals are met.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes, determine root cause(s), and implement timely corrective actions.

Qualifications include:

• 2-3 years of manufacturing team lead experience preferred.
• Able to work 2nd shift (earliest start time is 2:30 pm and latest end time is 12:30 am)
• Constant standing/walking and frequent bending and reaching.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds with and without assistance from lifting device.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant that is warmer in summer and cooler in winter.
• Must read, understand, and comply with specific work instructions.
• Must promote and comply with work safety and quality standards.
• High School Diploma or GED

$23.99 per hour plus comprehensive benefits which include medical, dental, and vision which start immediately! $1500 sign-on bonus ($500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months; must not be on a corrective action for attendance).
